Role Summary
As our Tech Support & Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels supported and confident in our services. From guiding a client on smartphone features to processing payments, you'll wear many hats and play a crucial role in our store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers upon arrival.

Provide information on our services and guide clients on their smartphone or computer issues.

Demonstrate and explain smartphone functionalities to customers.

Technical Support:

Assist customers in resolving basic smartphone issues.

Coordinate with the technical team for advanced repairs and ensure timely delivery.

Store Maintenance:
-
Keep the store tidy by sweeping, mopping, and ensuring a clean environment.

Handle trash disposal duties.

Cashier Duties:
-
Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payments.
-
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper cash handling.

Communication:

Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries.

Update customers on repair status and provide estimates as needed.

Qualifications
-
Prior experience in a customer service or tech support role preferred.

Basic understanding of smartphone and computer functionalities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-
Trustworthy and capable of handling cash and sensitive information.

Able to work Monday - Friday. 5 or more hours a day.
