QuickFix is Palmetto's computer and smartphone repair store known for our efficient service and customer-focused approach. We pride ourselves on keeping our customers connected to the world and ensuring they have the best experience with their devices.

Role Summary

As our Tech Support & Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels supported and confident in our services. From guiding a client on smartphone features to processing payments, you'll wear many hats and play a crucial role in our store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Greet and assist customers upon arrival.

    • Provide information on our services and guide clients on their smartphone or computer issues.

    • Demonstrate and explain smartphone functionalities to customers.

  • Technical Support:

    • Assist customers in resolving basic smartphone issues.

    • Coordinate with the technical team for advanced repairs and ensure timely delivery.

  • Store Maintenance:

    • Keep the store tidy by sweeping, mopping, and ensuring a clean environment.

    • Handle trash disposal duties.

  • Cashier Duties:

    • Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payments.

    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper cash handling.

  • Communication:

    • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries.

    • Update customers on repair status and provide estimates as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or tech support role preferred.

  • Basic understanding of smartphone and computer functionalities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Trustworthy and capable of handling cash and sensitive information.

  • Able to work Monday - Friday. 5 or more hours a day.
